1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Movie Buddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Movie Buddy account. Users between 13 and 17 can only match with other users in the same age bracket. Users 18 and older may only match with users 18+.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users. You are responsible for all content you post, including profile photos, bios, and chat messages. Movie Buddy reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
